I have been developing custom software and web applications for over 23 years. In my earlier career, I did Flash application design and animation, as well as training application designs for various government customers. I moved more into custom web application development after that, and have used JavaScript since its early days.
Content Management Systems
After becoming a seasoned UI developer, I moved more into web application development, and customizing Content Management Systems (CMS) like Microsoft SharePoint. This is where my love for CMS began to grow. I love developing add ons for various CMS such as SharePoint, WordPress, DotNetNuke (DNN), Shopify, and others.
Now, I use more modern JavaScript methods for building my UIs such as jQuery, Ajax, React and more. I am never scared to jump in and write good solid code to achieve the look and feel I want out of a web interface. CSS has evolved over they years, and I enjoy utilizing its power to bring my custom designs to life, within an application interface.

Table Theme Skins Customized for App
Gamers love the opportunity to change the appearance of various objects in their game world. In this project, I designed table skins for a popular game app. The user can change the look and feel of the table and chairs.
Business Intelligence with CMS
I have helped various clients utilize CMS to gain business intelligence (BI) for their specific organization’s needs. Most employers want to track things like: how many employees have done their yearly training, how many employees are done with their daily work tasks, and how many aren’t. Over time if you collect this data, trends will begin to form and you can try to improve them.
I have 16 years experience building BI with SharePoint. As a developer, I can pull data within a CMS and design powerful dashboards that can help companies track employee tasks, training, and overall goals and see this visually.
